La Vaina is Peace Corps Panama's Volunteer newsletter. 

La Vaina includes development news, Peace Corps Panama news, case studies, stories,  technical documents, poetry, photographs and drawings.  Submissions are mostly by Peace Corps Panama Volunteers and Staff and edited by a team of volunteers.

The photography alone is worth checking out the beautiful and informative La Vainas.
